2. Summary
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking, analytics, advertising or embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server. We only process the data technically required to deliver the pages.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and delivered through its content delivery network. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system details, to deliver the site and keep it stable and secure.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. For transfers to the USA, Vercel relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Logs are kept for a limited time and not combined with other data.
4. Local storage in your browser
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores this choice locally (localStorage key “theme”). It never leaves your device. Legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested. You can delete it in your browser at any time.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention periods.
